Join us, Margaret Nash, and Sarah Powers, certified, professional Life Coaches, for our workshop, JumpStart your 2019, where—using some fresh, new strategies—we will show you how to set goals and actually achieve them. We’ve both worked on goal-setting for years and have observed what seems to work and what never seems to work.
This isn’t the same old, same old when it comes to setting goals. We bring a real twist to the process, and we aim for results.
We’ll meet twice, on two consecutive Tuesdays, and each session is less than 3 hours
You’ll learn practical tools, strategies and practices, and you’ll set your goals for the New Year, plus you’ll have fun while doing it. The two of us bring years of experience in life coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming, natural healing and EFT tapping, along with humor and a pragmatic/mystical approach, to the party.
Here’s a sampling of what to expect:
On Day One, you’ll review what went well and what didn’t go so well in the past year, and discover easy and workable strategies for getting those harder bits to work better moving forward. Through group discussion, worksheets and partner exercises you’ll dig deeper than your surface desires to set goals and intentions for the coming year that are truly in alignment for you.
On Day Two, you’ll get serious with your list of goals and gain clarity on how you can move them from a dream or a vision to an achievable result. We’ll do a meditation/exercise that allows you to experience what it’s like to have achieved your goals, whatever they are, so you continue to be motivated all year long as you move through the necessary actions to get there.
Just the act of sitting down with a group of like-minded people, thinking about what you want in your life and writing it down, will fire neurons in parts of your brain you never knew existed. You will wake up to new ideas and see new opportunities.
You’ll have fun, meet new people (maybe even your new best friend—this has happened in our workshops!), and get 2019 off to a productive, focused start.
We’re going to JumpStart you, in other words— clear out the cobwebs so you can feel motivated, excited and ready make this year your best yet!
